Since 1993, Pacific Air Contractors, Inc. has been operating in commercial construction. Scott Berg is the President of Pacific Air Contractors, Inc., and brings 24 years experience in the HVAC industry to this company. PAC operates in new construction, commercial, industrial and tenant improvement development in the HVAC industry. In addition, PAC specializes in design-build projects ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 square feet.

Our field personnel consists of 15-25 employees including a general superintendent and several field foremen. We are proud to continue to maintain a low turn over with our employees as we provide a great working environment and satisfactory compensation to our employees. The company currently owns eight trucks including a flatbed truck to load and unload project material as needed.

We believe one of the most important factors in maintaining a successful business is the relationship between the general contractor, architect and subcontractors. Thanks to the continued relationships we have developed, 90% of our projects come from clients we have retained in the last 15 years.
